What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?CA
i got a marijuana poss. ticket in nv and am currently paying monthly fee for it. i just got anohter m.j. ticket in ca. does the ticket in nv play any role in ca? i got the first in april 04 and got the second jan. 05. basically i want to konw if what happened in nv stays in nv, or am i screwed even harder know that i have a poss. ticket in each state?

A person's criminal background, particularly in today's technological climate, migrates with him/her. These would be counted against you for the sake of calculation of criminal history points which is most likely not even used for misdemeanor charges.

Were they felony or misdemeanor possession charges?
