Arkansas I and the wife have raised 3 of our grandkids our daughter is 28 going on 17, she wont hold a job, or a place to live, has a diff boy Friend each mo, does drugs, and is a chronic lier, our address is also hers, i built her a small apartment on my land, Ive investigated my options, and found its virtually imposable to gain custody of them, for a poor man who lives from pay check to pay check,
most lawyers want $2,000 for the first 10 hours and thats not a guarantee..
at the moment i have NO rights, cant go to teacher conferences, cant add them to my insurance, [cant get SSN]
and if DHS gets in voled i don't trust them Ive heard many horror story's..
