What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New York

My girlfriend lives in a rent stabilized apartment in Manhattan and has just been told that the building is being converted to condos. She has 90 days to agree to purchase her apartment at an "insider" price which is significantly more then she can afford. I skimmed through the 2 inch thick book that arrived in her mail and it is quite confusing. The only good thing is it is a "non-eviction" conversion.

What questions should we be asking?
What choices does she really have?

**A: you should be asking where can you hire a real estate attorney to help her.
