Behind my house is an alley. On the other side of the alley is an auto repair shop. This shop keeps their garbage dumpster on my side of the alley next to my fence, on my easement. They will not move it next to their building, like every other business. May I charge them rent for storing their dumpster on my easement and may I bill them for the time it takes me to clean up my easement of their garbage? (which the
city requires).

Complain to the City first, they are littering -- if you do not own the land or lease it, I don't know if you can charge them rent.....
