What is the name of your state?WI

I just found out today that I will be getting a hearing sometime late February. I was wondering how long does it take before a decision is made. And if approved how long before I get my back pay?

It depends on the ALJ; sometimes it takes a month, sometimes it takes 6 or 8 months. Then it may be another two or three months after that before you get your money.

Very irritating, believe me....
