Got an herb ticket and I am on restricted liscense from a dui last year. Does anyone know if this is going to be my 4th point?

Not good ... that DUI probation could result in more than your license being yanked.

And I do not believe there are any points for possession of marijuana in the vehicle (CVC 23222).
