What is the name of your state? NY

To Whom It May Concern:

My wife and I sent the form I-485 to INS and she is still pending for her green card. She wants to travel outside USA for personal reasons, and applied for a travel document. I would like to know if there is a problem traveling outside USA with travel document given by the INS.
