PLEASE GIVE SOME ADVICE!!!!
I was arrested for driving without insurance, last renewed in August, and I had a suspended license due to unpaid parking tickets. I have been arrested for not having valid insurance before. What is the worst fine/punishment that can be meted out? I have had other speeding fines but they were always paid. Am I looking at jail time?
