OK I got pulled over for speeding and I had a warrant issued for a different town for not going to court for a no license plates in the front of my car. in NJ this is illegal. anyway so the cop arreseted me for the warrant and as he was searching me found a half smoked blunt. so now i got a speeding ticket and a first offense drug charge. what is the mandantory charge for marijuana even it was a little bit? the cops were very nice suprisingly and also said that they would drop the speeding ticket but because they had to have a record of why they stopped me in the first place. please help my court is on thursday the 3rd of Feb. thanks everyone in advance.
ps i know PTI is one of the sentences. anything else?
