What is the name of your state? New York

I have posted my situation before and received some helpful answers from many. I am now divorcing my USC husband, while my case for green card is still pending. Should I inform Immigration about the divorce??? Or should i wait for them to figure it out when I don't follow up on their notice for an interview. I will be getting married later on this year and I want to be in good terms with Immigration i may say.. so i wonder if informing them is the right thing to do....

What do you suggest??? Thanks for your answers...

If you don't show up at the interview WITH the USC who sponsored you, they'll most likely deny your case and you'll be an illegal in the US.
