What is the name of your state? Georgia. While my exwife and I were separating, I was unable to get her to give me custody of my son. However, she agreed to give my parents custody if I did also. I was living with my parents at that time so I agreed. We both signed over custody (did not give up parental rights) to them and she disapeared. Two years later, I have since left my parents home and they have denied me visitation. My ex wife wants nothing to do with the child and I want custody back from my parents? Do I have rights anymore?
