Hi,

I applied for my OPT on December 1st thru the Nebraska Service Center. I check my case status from their website, and it says that it's still pending processing. I have a job waiting for me. Do you have any rough guess as to when I should be able to get my EAD?

It has been 2 months already but is there something I can do now to expedite this application?

There is no way to expedite the processing of the EAD application. The regulations mandate that the USCIS issue it within 90 days so you should be prepared to wait 90 days from the date of submitting your application for the OPT EAD to be approved. If it does not arrive by the 90th day, you are eligible for an interim EAD from the local USCIS office.
