Clearing South Carolina License

What is the name of your state? I currently reside in Louisiana. The problem is with a previous South Carolina License when I was in the military. In 1994 I got a ticket in Arkansas and New Mexico. Which was unpaid. In california tickets over 5 years are removed from record. What do I have to do to clear South Carolina license?
