What is the name of your state? Florida
I have a friend who just become a PR , his fiance was sponsered in 2/97,by her brother, she falls under the 245 I, if they get married and the husband file a new petition
for her will she be grandfatherd under 245 I and adjust her status here, or she will have to go back to her home country, she entered without inspection in 1988.
