What is the name of your state? missouri

Hello,

I'm a Canadian citizen married to an American. I want to know if I can go to grad school in the US while awaiting my permanent residency. Do I need to also apply for a student visa?

Thanks

Are you currently in the US and have you filed for your permanent residence on the basis of your marriage? If so and you are a pending applicant for adjustment of status then you can go to grad school without applying for a student visa.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
