I-751 address + mailing

Hi. I live in Los Angeles. I'm ready to file for my I-751. Does anyone have the PRECISE address to which I should send it ? Curiously, whe you go on the USCIS website, they give you one address, but when you call them, they give you a different address (sometimes - Homeland security, sometimes California service center, sometimes US department of justice, sometimes INS... ) I'm very lost. Where should i send my I-751 ? Also, should I use return receipt (Is is ok, even though the INS dadress is a PO box??), or should I use insured mail ? whats the best ? THANK YOU

You should send it to the California Service Center via a courier service you can track, just in case.
