What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New York

I am a New Jersey driver with no points that goes to college in New York, on my way back to school yesterday, doing the speed limit the whole time till this point, 108 miles from school, I was on a hill changing the cd and let the speed get away from me. There was a NY state trooper theere with his stalker dual, moving in the opposite direction. I was clearly over the speed limit and I admit that, I was polite with the officer who didn't have much to say to me. I am now trying to find out how to deal with this. I am a college student that is broke as it is. What would be the best way to handle this?
