What is the name of your state? outside US
I am applying to an F1 student visa for a 4 month course at US from May to July this year. I hope to receive the F1 visa in March. In the meanwhile I will apply to an H1B visa at the beginning of April, through my employer's company.
I have two questions:
- Is there any conflict in applying to an F1 and H1B visa in such a short period?
- Is it correct that the person that receive an H1B visa will only be able to start working at 1 October 2005?
