I found a pickup for sale on autotrader.com advertised for $12,995, with an 8 cylinder gasoline engine, but when I called the dealership on it, they said that price was without an engine. They said they had to replace it (which I believe they did as there is a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty on engine) and that the price should have been listed at $17,995.

My question is are they obligated to sell it to me for the advertised price or do they have the legal right to say "Oops, we screwed up. Sorry about that."

Any advice I get would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
