What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California
I was at court today in southern California and observed case where driver of Corvette got convicted on a red light ticket even though he stopped. The second photo on the camera ticket showed he stopped with most of the car in the cross walk and nose probably 3 feet beyond cross walk and into intersection. There were no pedestrians. In court, all agreed that he had made a full stop, but judge said he should have stopped behind the limit line.
The driver told me that earlier, when he went to police station to view the video of the ticket, the officer who was displaying the video to him told him that he would not have issued the ticket.
Can the motorist appeal this?
Not A Cop Or Lawyer... Or Judge
