What is the name of your state? Arkansas
I am a married 26 year old with a 4 yr old little girl. My cousin recently accused my father of molesting her and there was alot of physical abuse in the house when I was growing up. Since my cousin came out with this I have refused to let my daughter have any contact with my parents. They are now threatening to sue for visitation. I have been told by a friend that Arkansas doesn't have any grandparents rights... Does anyone know if this is true?

Arkansas does have a grandparent visitation statute, however Arkansas's Supreme Court has almost completely struck it down. However the statute did not allow for intact families (both parents married and living together) to be sued anyway. Therefore if your husband is your child's father you would have been safe anyway.
