About 3 weeks ago, I was arrested by an undercover cop for possession for 3 $20 bags of coke. I was charged with PL3200300 top offense and released from jail without paying bond. I have to appear in court. Is this considered a misdemeanor or a felony? Should I get a lawyer? This is the first time I've ever been arrested. Could I be sent to jail? What's the worst case scenario?
