What is the name of your state?NJ

HI All,

At last after 70 days of 'Administrative processing' i got my stampted passport back through courier service. I thank you to All, especially Lana, for their guidance and support.

Now I hv am facing a blunder issue: that Receipt no. for I-129 given by USCIS, when my employer filed the petition (say EAC-X) is different from the Receipt no. printed on the Notice of Approval (I-797) (say EAC-Y). And same receipt no (EAC-Y) is printed on my Visa sticker. The INS misprinted the receipt no on Notice of Actions( I-797) and i unfortunetly i didn't check it before.

What problems may i face due to this and what should i do now? Should i need to inform INS abt this? I am travelling to US by the end of this month.

Waiting for response!!

But if you have the approval notice and that receipt number corresponds to the visa, then you're fine and there are no issues. The receipt number on the notice of receipt is really irrelevant now that you have your approval notice.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
