Hello, I would like to know if a company can file a new H1B for this year. I know there is deadline on 03/08/2005 for 20,000 more H1B holders but for masters/PhD graduated from the USA. The question is if this is in addition to the 65,000 already filled on 10/01/2004 or if those that have a MS/PHD will count in that 20,000 H1B lot which would make some room for new H1B visas. So, in other words those H1B filed in Oct 2004 that have a MS or PHD would not count against the 65,000 cap? Then if so what are the options for someone with a new I-767c from a Citizen Brother/Sister petition? Thank you in advance!
