Hello everyone,

I was employed with a company A in 2001, which later agreed to file for my greencard. Application for Labor certification was filed in 2002 in the NJ.
I left my job to join company B. Since I have really good terms with company A and my H1 from both company A & B are valid, company A decided to continue with my greencard processing for my future employment with them and applied for I140 in 2004. I140 has now got approved.
Now they are about to file for I485.

How does this scenario complicate the approval of I485 & my greencard. I will have to declare in the I485 application that my current employer is company B, will this have any effect.
Also, after 6months on I485 application, can I activate AC21?

Please advice.. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Thanks & Regards,

PD
