What is the name of your state?I plan to invest in an existing cabins rental business and create a new concept of business at the same time in Tennessee.
I plan to go there and to do it with no visa or as a tourist.
Can i apply for the right visa after doing it, staying there without leaving the country?
My concern is to invest in the business, get back to my country for applying and wait months and months for the visa, if i get any. And if not, get stuck in my country and my money in a unmanaged business.
