I complted my MBA from San Francisco, CA and my OPT is expiring on the 20th of Feb 2005. However, I have found a employer who is ready to sponsor my H-1 for the new 20,000 visa quota for Masters student which is starting on 8th March 2005. As far as I know I have 60 days more to stay after my OPT ends that means I will not lose my legal status till April 20th 2005, right?.And since they are going to apply for the premium processing on 8th March 2005 i should be safe enough to make it, right?. I would apperciate if you could answer these questions of mine.thanks.
