I am currently in the U.S on an f1 visa and have a petition pending(i130 form).
I happen to fall out of status because of an expired I20 form plus i am working without authorization.
I will be graduating at the end of this year and need to know if a change of status is still possible or if theres is still a future for me in the U.S.
Should i try to get reinstated or should i just depart from the U.S?
Will it affect my petition in any way?
