Married to a US green card holder since May 2003.She is living with me in Canada with a USA rentry permit for 2 years expiring Oct 2006.She had filed my petition in May 2003.I was wondering if I'm eligible to apply for V1 visa after 3 years of filing my petition with USCIS??
Would the reentry permit taken by my wife would create a problem in getting me a V1 visa???
