My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years. We have a son that was born here, but my husband entered the country via Rio Bravo (grande) and without inspection. We need to be able to make him legal. I have talked to 2 immigration lawers and both have told me that it is impossible to get his permanent residency card. I keep thinking "This is America... there must be something that I can do!" What can I do? Supposedly we can get a passport from mexico, and he would be able to cross back(?) then we could adjust his status. Is this a good idea? Please help!!!
