i work for a major company that has been doing "black mold" removal from our building for the past several months. one employee has already claimed workers comp and several others are showing signs of illness. the company is using a scare tactic and telling employees that if they choose the "work comp" option that ALL of their medical records will be required so the employees are choosing not to pursue the claim. i am assuming that this is no way correct given the new HIPPA laws. any response would be appreciated.
