What is the name of your state?northern virginia was release with no charges three months ago. but the cops want me to give other poeple. whom i dont have, or they charge me. my attorney say' that i should cooperate with them cause there isnt any statue of limitation for drug case. in short i gave someone a ride she was carring a kilo of cocaine. she in jail already i think.. plz. help

If you know one person with cocaine, you must know others. Turn them in, because if you don't, you're going to the slammer. You may be wondering where your due process is, but it's there alright; it's also a very fair trade off.

Okay, so you cooperate and give them names. Yes, you will be labeled a "snitch", for which I've heard many people on this forum being criticized. The next thing they will be asking is for you to make controlled buys. If it gets to this point, I am telling you for your own good NOT to agree to do this. It WILL backfire, and then your attorney will be telling you down the road, when it's too late, that you should never have agreed to the arrangement.
