My niece has lived with me and my wife for five year's she is 15 year's old. Since she was three month's old she has lived with family member's her biological parent's has never taken care of her. Ever since she has lived with us she has called us mom and dad and we consider her our daughter. We was wondering is there anyway we can adopt her without the biological parent's consent? We have talked about it alot and my niece want's the samething. In the past i have heard her Biological mom say she would never sign paper's for anybody to adopt her.I did not know if there was a way or not since they are not a part of her life.
