What is the name of your state? Louisiana
Does Alimony or Spousel Support exist in Louisiana? Wife of 5 children under age 12 notified by husband that he wants divorce. He is a Navy Recruiter. Trying to help Daughter through divorce, and wondering what is recognized in Louisiana. Thank you in advance.

Thanks much for the info. I pretty much know the law where as far as the divorce laws go as I have used them many times. I expect a call from her tonight and I just want something to tell her. Looks like I am headed for Louisiana to help her move if this doesn't work it's way out. Thanks again.
