What is the name of your state? Indiana
Hi,
I was on H1 visa until Dec 2003. After that I transferred to F1 visa ( without leaving country ) and currently in full time student status.
I just got a job offer from an employer who is willing to file an H1. Can I make use of premium processing so that I can start working within 3 weeks.
