How can a bylaw be written so that no group can buy a condo in our association that could be used as a timeshare?

**A: yes, but the group can't be a party that would qualify under the Fair Housing law discrimination practices ie. the group is a certain ethnic/racial group or handicapped etc.
The better thing would be to restrict timeshare period as a deed or HOA restriction.
I am not sure if that answers your question. What is the scenario and why are you asking?
