My husband is USA in Florida and he is a legal permanent resident since april 2001. we get married in my country (Peru) in 2002 and then he placed a petition for me on July 2003.
I need to know if I can apply for a V visa after 3 years of my petition being filled.
Also, I have an additional question. If I try again for a tourist visa to visit my husband a couple of times a year will the consul office in Peru approve it or they can denied it? Is there a legal way to demonstrate my intend to just visit my husband and then come back to my country?
