Iam graduating in May 2005, My OPT starts from June 2005 & ends by june 2006 plus 2 months grace period i.e Aug 2006.
1) When should i apply for H1 visa for 2006 fiscal year(starting oct 2005)?
2) If iam denied for 2006 fiscal year..
Am i still eligible for 2007 fiscal year(starting oct 2006) eventhough my OPT & grace period expires by 2006 Aug?
