Hi, I am a graduate student who will be completing the studies in May 2005. My OPT will start from May 12th 2005. The company I will be working for will apply for my H-1B on April 1st 2005.
My question is: Can I travel to my home country in June/July? My OPT would have started during this period and also the company would have filed for an H1-B.
