I came to USA on L1B on May2000 and later I converted L1B to H1B.
The expiration date on the approval notice for H1B is february 2007.
According to the 6 months validation rule for H1B, the visa should be expired on May 2006.Is my visa valid Till February 2007 or it will become invalid on May 2006 irrespective of the date on Approval notice.
Please let me know this as I need to know when should I apply for the h1b extension.
