What is the name of your state?oh
My children were adopted by a non-family member who told me that they would always allow me to have contact with the children. It has now been over 3 years since I have seen them and over 2 years since I have had any contact with the adoptive family. I was recently told that it is illegal for the adoptive family to have any contact with the biological family. Is this true? If not, is there any way for me to be able to contact the adoptive family just so that I could receive pictures and possibly letters from the kids?
