What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Connecticut

I was a graduate student on F1 Visa until recently. Then I used my OPT for a few months and then got a H1b approved from my employer. But I have not yet gotten the H1B Visa stamped on my passport.

I want to know if I can get my H1b Visa stamped in Canada. What are the risks involved? Or should I go back to my home country to get my Visa stamped?

Can someone give me some advice.
