My husband and I have been together for 7 years and married for 5 my daughter was only 1 year and a half old when we got together.Her biological father has never been around at all, in fact there is no father listed on her birth certificate, just me .anyways, up until 3 months ago she always thought my husband was her father,when she found out he wasn't she wanted her last name to be the same as my husband(daddy) her brother and myself.how do we go about changing her last name as ours and does he need to adopt her to do so?
we are having financial problems but are soon to take care of that.Will it be very exspensive?
