 What is the name of your state? MA
Hi there I entered the USA on a H2B visa(2003), stayed and re-applied for labor certification myself for a new H2B due to finances. Labor Certification finally approved in (2004) but visa limits reached their caps. Current employment possibly being bought over. Can new employer sponsor me even though he does not have a years worth of corporate tax returns? Can the old employer if sale is not completed, sponsor me without showing corporate tax returns?
Thanks in advance for any help I can get!
