I LIVE IN KANSAS.

I may need to move out of town but don’t want to sell my condo but my association won’t let me rent it out. Is there any way around this. They shouldn’t be able to tell me what to do with my property should they? As long as I pay my dues on time (and whomever lives there isn’t disruptive), why are they even concerned with who lives there?

How can I rent out my property?

Let's say I let my "sister" (for example) live in my home while I'm out of town. Can they do anything about that?

**A: it depends. Read the clause from the CC&R's.
