Ihave been on LTD since OCt.2002.. My ssd was approved in Sept.2004.
Now my employer says i have to pay back more than what my ssd back pay was. Do I have to pay it back?

You have to pay back MORE than what you received in social security disability benefits? Have you asked your employer why that is?
