What is the name of your state? north carolina

i was stopped and the cops found 5 nickel bags in my possession. i bought a quarter from someone but all they had was the bags, my intentions were to keep them for myself to use but the cops charged me with posession w/ intent to sell
WHAT SHOULD I DO??

You need to get a criminal defense attorney.

In some states, when you have a certain amount of dope, that is evidence that you intend to sell it.
