Last night my boyfriend's brother tried to pull a bouncer off a bar patron who was being excessively beaten. The bouncer turned on him and beat him to the point he had to go to the hospital. Witnesses say he didn't try to fight back. This bouncer is currently on probation for battery charges. What would the grounds be for a case? Liability of the person who hired him? Is the bar liable? Is the victim liable for trying to pull him off someone? Help please.
