NORTH CAROLINA I asked wife to leave I found out she was commiting major fraud crimes like identity theft and obtaining property by false pretense she also told me for the brief 3 months that we were together that she was pregnant and even before the marriage and i found out she has not been able to have children for nine years will i have to pay allimony or spousal support

I have but I am not sure the investigations will be finished by the time we go to family court for the legal seperation
