I recieved my 1099-MISC forms with nonemployee compensation specified. How can I file it for federal income tax? Should I use Schedule C as U.S Residents do?

Thank you for your help

Yes, but you should go to a tax professional with experience doing international returns. Your situation may be more complicated than you think.
